On 15 December, Light Up Napier transforms the village with festive lights, live entertainment, a street procession, a night market and late shopping, followed by Christmas Carols on 16 December.

Owner Andre De Koker and curator-at-large Alex Hamilton, both working artists themselves, will be exhibiting at OCA along with various contemporary South African artists at revolving themed group exhibitions.
